Jake was very informative and helpful and for that reason I gave a 4 but the policy change is a slap in the face so I give the Company
a 1. When I purchased thin optics originally I was told replacements for life and we are not grandfathered. Disappointing- I don’t mind paying more but there should be some kind of discount. I love your glasses but the nose pieces always break - that is the problem. I am not losing them or breaking them- hence the problem. I love your product but it needs fixing. All in all I still give you 4.

I've been using/purchasing theri products for several years. Great quality, great service, and they do stand behind their product. I just had Miguel on the chatline and he did an outstanding job. Kudos!
Had an issue with my first pair and customer service replaced with no questions. Love the glasses. Light and handy. Attached to my cell phone case.
I placed an order and accidently ordered a phone case instead of the universal pod case. I emailed customer service about doing an exchange. They said "don't bother, keep the case and we'll send you the universal pod case that you wanted."

Love the glasses. Never lose them . If they break from regular use they are covered by warranty and customer service is great via chat.

Warranty changed from Lifetime to 6 months. Glasses dont stay in case and it seems they are aware or the problem. Not a good product due to bad customer service and manufacturing issues.
